The Polynesian Resort

Escape to a South Seas hideaway, with tropical gardens, lavish luaus and gentle waves lapping against the sandy shores. Friendly people, fun, laughter and good cheer reflect the enchanting customs and culture of the islands. Torch-lit walkways, a cascading indoor waterfall and the soothing sound of distant drums beckon with the imagery of paradise found. Aloha.

Slightly larger than the Contemporary, the Polynesian boasts 847 rooms in several categories and also includes handicap accessible options. The monorail stops at the Poly offering guests a great mode of transportation to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Three dining options (plus the counter service) make this resort very busy at times. Ohana, Kona Cafe and the Spirit of Aloha Polynesian Luau. All three require advance reservation, although you can check at the podium for each restaurant for stand-by wait times.

The rooms are located in 11 longhouses outside of the Great Ceremonial House. The resort is spread out and covers over 39 acres, so making sure you are in a good location is key. MackeyMouse Travel has a map of this resort and would be more than happy to help you plan your resort stay and make sure you are in a good location!

Call or email us today!! This is a very popular resort so call early!!
